I am 44 years of age and I like to nibble at work because I si t behind a desk all day I recently purchased the Acai Resolution pill today is the first day for me trying them do you have any suggestions on how I can lose weight and keep it off Is there a diet program that I am to follow.

Do some form of exericse. Just because you take a pill doesn’t mean you are going to lose a lot of weight.

I agreed to try the free bottle & got it abt 3 weeks ago. I haven’t been to my Dr so I aint started the trial yet. But I got another bottle today. I hope these idiots aint expectin me to pay anything.
